Kai is an AI researcher and product leader, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Over the last eight years he has worked across self-driving research, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and now voice AI, leading projects at Match Group and in fast-moving startups. One lesson stuck with him along the way: the best systems quietly help people do their work better.

Voice is the piece that hooked him. A good conversation can book a meeting, calm a customer, or get someone the answer they need right away. When a voice agent sounds natural, understands context, and plugs into the tools a team already uses, it unlocks real results.

Kai started Kaigen Labs to bring voice AI to every business and make it feel as simple as ordering a coffee on your phone.
